Group Fitness @ Jones PoinT ​Park

Summer PopUp Series
​This 60 min, coed bootcamp is a mix of cardio, strength training, and endurance. Although all sessions are outdoors, they take place under shade. Attendees should bring plenty of water, sun protection, and a matt.
